Delivery to the UK is a flat rate of £3.99,
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery.
Standard orders are processed once payment has been received. Hardy Etc- we will not be held responsible for any costs due to not signing for the package, address mistakes or undeliverable addresses.
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 3/5 business days.
Deliveries are normally sent using either Royal Mail or a courier service. A signature will be required on delivery for all couriered packages. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left with details about how to reschedule your delivery.
Delivery outside the UK prices may vary and will be quoted individually, please email us for a quote.
Please note that our carrier cannot deliver on a bank holiday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the following business day.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You may return unworn / unused items within 7 days, if you were wanting an exchange, due to wrong size ordered, postage will be charged for the replacement item.
Credits/Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs and the customer is responsible for sending back the item.
If you wish to return an item please contact us with your order information and your details and we will provide details of what to do.
Personalised orders can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
Items cannot be returned if they are worn or altered. Items can not be returned if you do not follow the washing instructions. When returning goods/items it is advisable for “Proof of Posting” to be obtained.
